This Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into on this day by and between the Gauhati High Court (hereinafter referred to as the “Court”) and the current judge (hereinafter referred to as the “Judge”).
Whereas the Judge has been appointed to serve as the current judge of Gauhati High Court, and
Whereas the Judge is required to carry out his duties in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legal practices governing the Gauhati High Court, it is hereby agreed as follows:
